Hey people, I'm new around here :)

I went to a store today and bought a msntv2 for $20.

The salesman told me if I had BB access I could access the net and use it's functions for free.. however it seems he lied, and because it was an open item I cant return it.
However, I noticed that Niacin found a way to install linux on it with no hardware mods.. ACE ! but I cant find that info anywhere.

Does anyone know how to do this? I dont expect the info to be posted here..

I am on ICQ, my number is 150692693 I would dearly appreciate any info on how to get this thing on the net without paying a subscription.

The streaming side isnt really important I just want to be able to browse the net from the couch :)

I'm in the same boat. Bought one of these after a quick search indicated the thing was hackable. Now I find the only website with detailed instructions is gone!

Anybody have the data we need to hack this thing?

First the bad news:
Looks like Niacin's Site (http://www.toc2rta.com) is no longer up and running. Shame there was a good thing going on there.

Now the good news:
I got sick of wondering if http://www.toc2rta.com would come back up and decided to start a new site.

Niacin where are you??? If you were able to salvage your database please send it to me and I will integrate it.
This means we are going to start all over. Well I had saved a copy of Niacin's main page (awhile ago) with all the files and posted them on my site. Come and check it out!
