HELP!! Did a clean install

Guys, I'm stuck here. I decided to do a clean install on my CF-01 only to find that I couldn't get the touchscreen to work again. I couldn't get the drivers from the website to load. So I read that an UPGRADE worked better. Great, so I installed Win95 planning to do an upgrade once I got touch screen function back again but I COULD'T get it back in 95 either.

What do I do, I have tried using the disks made with the disk creater (Util and Pen) and I have tried the disks on the web site.

Has anyone sucessfully re-installed either of those?

Please guys...don't just read this one...respond if you have any ideas....thanks.

Cheaha: I was reading one of the Japanese websites about Win95 installation and came across this (AltaVista translation).

"Installation does, hearing, considerably it is hard labor, hurting, but so not being, it is relieved."

Hard labor? Hurting? Sounds like the Win95 install might be difficult <g>. I plan on creating a image of the hard drive "as recieved" when my CF-01 arrives. If you don't have your machine fixed by then, I may be able to get you a copy of the image so you can restore your machine.

Ok I got it back up from a clean install of Win98

I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the drivers for the pen to load...but then I found that you use the Add\Remove Windows Component and it worked just fine.

Works great with Win98se from a clean install.
