|No sound card, no wave output, even you cut the wires and connect them to the headphone, you can only hear plain "Doo" or "Bee" sound. I know there is a shareware called SpkQQ which can output wave to PC speaker|

I haven't send my money to bus_depot yet, so there is no way to try it on my CF-01 which is still in bus_depot's hand :) The latest version of SpkQQ is 3.41 but in Japanese I think, the latest English version is 3.33 and you can get it from the net if you take sometime to search.
There are a lot of programs can do "virtual CD drives", you don't have to create another partition, the programs can create the CD image as a file. In fact, if you have the network, just create and store the CD images on the server machine and share the cd image files to CF-01 so it won't use any HD space on CF-01 except the "virtual cd" program itself.
