Back in the day with WIn31 we used an emulator program which used the internal pc speaker as a sound output.

Is the CF-01's internal speaker capable of this ?

C'mon sam, there's a Search button up top. When I put-in "internal speaker" I got very few hits, one of which has your answer:

New to the board, I did use the search...
I just didn't check any boxes no wonder I didn't find anything. Anyway I got it working. Isn't exactly HIFI but it works for me...
