I need information on the mempory upgrades for the CF-01

I am currently running with 24 Meg. I am planning to upgrade to 40 meg. As I understqand it that requires replacing the 16 meg chip with an equivalent 32 meg part. I would like the following information relative to the memory:

1) Part manufacturer
2) Part number
3) Location to buy one (name or URL)
4) Approximate cost if known
5) If you have done the upgrade, any problems, advice, hints
