Ran across a couple of these at a local surplus place for 20 dollars unit only. I have found its basically a X terminal but wonder if it could be configured for other things. :)

apparently, early models of these units had Intel i960 processors, ran as networked X terminals, and it looks like thousands of them came off government lease back in the fourth quarter of 2001. the earliest models were manufactured from about 1994, and later models from 1998 or 1999.
