Hi

I'm looking into building a little gateway for my home network. Since my cable modem has a USB port, I could use either the Winterm or the Capio, which have USB and 10/100 BT Ethernet built-in. It would also leave me one USB slot open to put a printer on. The ethernet would then be connected to the internal net, with a usb-net connection to the cable modem.

Does anyone have any experience in hacking these with either Win9x or linux? Preferably the latter
