| call WYSE and give them your serial # of your Netier. You never know cuz' yours might still be under warranty. I was in your shoe about 2 months ago and I called them up. All they need is your serial # and you don't even have to be the original owner. If their database says the S/N is still under warranty, they will, I repeat, they will fedex you a power supply on their cost. I got my new power supply a few days later and have been happy since then.
Also, if you have any problem w/ your netier (provided it is under warranty), they will take it and fix it FOR FREE. All you need to do is pay the shipping to ship them your netier.
