Here's my partly modded Websurfer. Here's everything that I did to it: I punched out the keyboard and mouse tabs and jumpered the motherboard, so any PS/2 mouse and keyboard will work.
I removed IR keyboard chip thing from motherboard, supposidly you can mod it to connect it to a regular PS/2 port, then you can use the wireless keyboard with any computer...check the message board for more info.
Next, I removed the Disk on Chip. I also modded the power supply and electrical taped the hard drive power hookup. So, all you need to do is add IDE controller card and hook up a hard drive...
I included the disk on chip, and ir keyboard chip in a little plastic bag along with some extra screws...
Also, you get the modem, manuals, and all the cables. It comes in the original box, except, I threw away the styrofoam pieces that came with it. So, I packed it with styrofoam peanuts.
