Would you consider parting with your PCMCIA card 10b100 fast etherlink? Either that or a HD? Let me know how much you want for them. I will email you back.

Thanks, FusionRx

I know this has nothing to do with the current topics but like to help anyway I can:

Here's something that will save you mucho time with the 3c574-tx PCMCIA nic for Linux users like me:

Very good card in all areas except the support. Drivers just aren't available for all os's.

Solution:

Run Redhat 6.2 (with no updates) instead of looking for a kernal module for the card spacifically, load the default tulip.c module. You will be up and running. The nic will not run on any other distribution other than redhat 6.2 or 7.0. There is a problem with the new tulip.c module in RH 7.0 (they've changed a few things) so you have to do this: From nothing (Clean HDD) install Redhat 6.2 setup all your networking stuff get it running. Next install the upgrade to 7.0. The OS should retain all your network data including the original tulip.c module since the previous version had it in use. This will save you about 5 days of pulling your hair out. Just my 2 cents worth

I am looking for a unhacked hackable i-opener in working condition for a descent price. I'm planning on using it to be a moble mp3 player. I will add a 9 pin serial port to it so I can plug in my cell phone (neopoint.com np1000) via link cable and software to give it wireless web abilities. Please let me know if anyone has a iopener for sale or where I can find one at a lower price than CCity. I'd greatly appreciate it. I sell lots of stuff on our website: http://www.adsl5.com email me and we can strike up a deal Thanks.

I wouldn't normally post this here, but FusionRX has no listed email address. If you are still looking for some 10B100 cards, I have some XircomCE3B-100BTX cards with dongle cables available. Contact me direct at bubbadog56@ev1.net if interested, thanks....
