There is no mention of the network option of ethernet or hpna, no mention of the 32mb compactflash and it states it has 64mb memory so it's most likely missing the 32mb sodimm.
Sounds kinda like it's been almost completly stripped of everything but the modem and anything that could be taken off has been!
When you consider $20 for the CF, $20 for the SODIMM, $40 for the Mini-PCI card, $30 for the AC adapter and $10 for a keyboard the selling is making a killing if he sold all those item individually.
