This chip will put your WS Pro to 233 MHz without any heat/load issues (as would be caused by an overclock to 233 MHz. If you want to go to 266MHz (not guaranteed, only a possibility- depends on how tight the rest of the chips on the motherboard are tolerence-wise...) this is about the only stable way to go.
