I have not been able to track my order from the web. This is after 3 or 4 days so they should have had time to get it into the system.
I have been able to do it over the phone - though not always, sometimes it would tell me it couldn't do it automatically and then hang up. It's never been able to do it automatically, but at least it usually put me through to a human.
The bad news: originally, I was told I'd receive it by 5/11. As of yesterday, that changed to 5/14. It hasn't shipped yet (ok, that was over the weekend).
By the way, does anybody else find it a little funny that they can't give you a real order number at the time you place your order? If you order over the phone, they tell you to call back the next day and give customer service your client id and they will give you the number.
