| Yesterday my GCT, which is unmodified and running InstantAOL, stopped booting up. It gets to the logo screen but nothing happens then. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Gateway technical support on this item. It's still under warranty until May, but would they even be able to repair/replace it? If not, would they offer a refund? I like the device and would like it working again, but if there was no other option, might consider buying a replacement from eBay, especially if Gateway offered some compensation. Let me know if you have had a smiliar experience, and what if anything Gateway has done to help.
