I know there is an universal external battery for $199 at laptopsforless (http://www.laptopsforless.com/ED369Details.htm) which should work. I would how long would it last...it is a 5400mA battery and a normal 0.18 micron PIII ultraportable should use up 4-5hr.
Also, has anyone taken out a GCT and mounted into an I-opener casing. No doubt that the GCT is better looking but the speakers take up too much space.
