The only way I have been able to install XP is to attach a cdrom drive to the GCT, I used a laptop cdrom which I have an adapter to convert the JAE 50 pin adapter to 44 pin IDE; the IDE cable I made for this is a special cable using CSEL for master and slave.

This is the only way I know of, some I believe some have had luck installing the first part of the install on a desktop PC using a 40 to 444 pin adapter on the IDE, then switching the drive to the GCT to complete the install. I am not sure of the details on this.
