I have a stupid question for you...can I use the original OS somewhere else?

I am new to these GTC's and I am thinking about getting one. I alreay have a bunch of hacked webplayers...and I have been trying to turn one of them into an "AOL Appliance". I think the GTC is to cool to just use for AOL, but it would be great for a webplayer. The problem is I can't get anything newer than AOL 3.0 to fit on the 48 mb DOC. Would it be possible to get an image of the original GTC OS from someone and put it onto a webplayer? Anybody be willing to give that to me?

It wouldn't do you anygood :( (I know the display wont work among other things)
And the r/o nature of Midori kinda makes it difficult to customize an existing image.

You can download the source from AOL, if you feel lucky:

Once I get home this weekend, I can pull the image off one of the virgins.....heehe
And post it.

(My site is down right now :( The electrical storms in florida are tough!!)
