In checking EBay, I find lots of mini pci ethernet cards--but they all come with modems! The GTP has one built-in. How difficult would it be to use one of these combo cards instead of a LAN-only card?

What OS are you running? And you want to use a mini pci combo card for both the modem and LAN connections, right? I have the same question running Win2k on one gct and the midori image on another. What mini pci cards do I need to get?
Thanks,

I'm not sure which OS I'll keep at this time--w98 or Midori. And I suppose I'd only use the LAN part of the card and not the modem. I'll use the built-in modem if I need it.
