I noticed that the operating system does detect two serial ports. They are on the normal 3F8 and 2F8 address. I am sure the unit has them somewhere! Can I interface directly to them on the system board? Does anyone know the pinout of the plug? Does anyone know where I can purchase the female interface plug to I can wire it?

PS Is there any way to make the unit run faster? It is a bit slow. Mine has 20gb HD and 304mb ram. What is the fastest OS I can run for this configuration?

Put that Radio Shack solder pencil away!
