Me vs. Xmms vs. Midori

I'm now happily compiling images for my GCT on my new RH 6.2 devel box. I gave up on my regular 7.2 machine. The thing is I can compile everything except xmms - which is important for my application. I'm using midori beta3 (from which xmms was removed - why?) but I use the xmms package from beta2. The compile always fails complaining about GTK which is the same version in beta3 and beta2. I tried ripping the binaries out of lee's GCT image but XMMS segfaults on loading the ossdriver plugin :(. Anybody got any tips on getting a working xmms in my GCT? Thanks,

Thanks to some generous help from Lee Nash (new build script), I now have xmms package that compilies under beta3. Those interested can find it at http://web.mit.edu/dcarr/www/gct.html
