"NTLDR"HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I have got win98 to run on this but when I try to upgrade to XP it tells me the
NTLDR file is missing anyone know how to get past this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i had the same problem and said screw it and put WinME on. Something about installing XP from a HD and it dont like it.
