Midori Build Environment

Hey guys,
Just to give an update. I've put together a modified midori build environment that fixes a couple of problems
that the old version had. The main thing so far is that it is compiling under newer distro's.
I'm in the process of converting some of my old packages to the new system and will post changes. Once I've
finished converting, I'll start posting new CF images.

Go here for details-

I uploaded another release of the build environment, along with 2 CF images for the GCT.

The images are the same except for browser: phoenix or opera.

Use the link above for more info....

Do you know what driver is needed for your USB adaptor to work?
If its already in the 2.4.20 kernel tree, then I probably have it compiled as
a module. I guess the other problem is configuring the device. I'll need to
get a wireless utils package together.

Well I was trying to use Linksys' Wusb11 (version 1.0) adaptor, but I can seem to find any references of it being supported in linux.

I switched over to Dlink's DWL-120 and according to this page, it works in linux:

http://www.iptel-now.de/HOWTO/WLAN_USB/wlan_usb.html

But I haven't gotten a chance to try it out yet.

Oof..The DWL120 requires getting linux-wlan working. It may take some time getting that into the image,
but I will put it on my todo list. I don't have any intersil adaptors, so I will have to wing it
  until you test it.

The linksys adaptor will be even harder to implement, unless you feel like getting dirty :)
It uses the amtel chipset and is sorta in flux right now.

Also, there seems to be some variations in the DWL120 product line. Read the comments here.

Well let me know if/when you need testing help (or any help in general). I plan on downloading and playing around with the build environment when I start getting some more free time. Just been a little busy right now.

I am having trouble getting your build environment to compile, after doing a make webconfig, I do a make, and I get the following error message:

cache/build/mlbuild*/build bootstrap
You must not build using setgid directories!
make: *** [check] Error 1

I have attempted to get midori compiled before(namely the beta3 downloaded from http://midori.transmeta.com ) however I was unable to get it to completely compile due to some problem with gcc2.95 somewhere that I couldn't figure out quite what was the problem. however I recently got introduced to this wonderful forum, and I decided to give your build environment a try, except I'm getting this error...what am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
