hello ive got midori linux from the latest cheazwiz image but i cant seem to get my usb nic up and running. i dont know the first thing about getting the os to see my usb nic. like do i need to enable usb somehow and then mount my nic card some how? if anyone can even just lead me in the right direction it would be much appreicated. i tried useing ifup eth0 and it says theres no device. if anyone can spare some time it would be great, expecialy cause i paid some guy in one of thease forums to send me a cf card and a nic and he ripped me off. i know that was stupid but i was desperate.

heres how I got my 3com usb thingy to work

goto /lib/modules/2.4.20/kernel/drivers/usb and then
insmod usbcore.o
insmod usb-ohci.o
insmod usbnet.o
and lastly (cause my 3com is version b)

insmod pegasus.o

then
ifconfig eth0 should work
