TV Tuner Info

I have found some info on the TV tuner portion of the igs5005 (cyberpro 5005) chip, with a vicap driver. I am still waiting for my AOL TV, so I can't test it, but heres the site:

Looks like it has drivers for linux, win98, winNT, Win2k. There is a vidcap program under the win98 driver folder!

I'm not a hardware guy and alot of this stuff is above me, but I was on the allwell site and they has a page about the TV tuner in their device. Any shot it could be useful for the AOLTV?
