Okay this is the latest TOS UPDATE from C-USA Seattle (Montlake terrace).
Stopped by about an hour ago and they provided new info on a THREE YEAR TOS MINIMUM! the 3 month minimum is no longer available!

I realize this conflicts with what has been posted on the netpliance website TOS info but remember reading they mentioned that... At any time, Netpliance may revise the terms of this agreement,yada,yada,yada.....wonder if they are making C-USA Revise the TOS or is C-USA doing it on it's own?
Guess the value of pre-tos i-openers just went up?
