It is a little underpowered, but the price is right and does have some potential.

I work with heavy aircraft Avionics Techs that use the Pentium version of these running Win98, Have to say these get real beatup and abused (knocked off of various propped places)
But are real cool machines when in good condition!
Bet these used machines being sold come with a multitude of problems.
