Earlier, board user "icbloh2o" reported that he was able to make the ePods unit's built-in WinCE access his own ISP, etc. He also reported that there were 3 needed files:
wceload.exe
asform.dll
ceshell.dll
The "wceload.exe" file is available at http://ftpsearch.lycos.com ... but the other two WinCE files seem to be a bit more elusive. Can anyone find them? Is "icbloh2o" still reading this board? (If so, please email me at rand@newsguy.com, and I'll make the files generally available.)
I'm also wondering how to hack this. It would be cool if i could hook up a PCMCIA network card. Does anyone know if this is possible? I do'nt have an epods yet, but i'm thinking of ordering one. I think the wceload.exe file that you found is not what we need. Did you unzip it? I did and read the readme file. It is just an update to the wceload.exe files on some color palmtops that had a bug. I hope someone can help us here.
