John Mchale and other investors are bidding 65c a share to take it private, which is a premium to yesterday's close of 34c and today's 56c (in response to the bid).
I don't know how much cash these guys have after they bought out the mobo contracts, etc., but I dare say its more than $0.65 per share. Not a bad deal to buy out your company with its own money I suspect. Part of the perils of being a minority shareholder and all, but there is more than a slight smell of breach of fiduciary responsibility in the bid.
