seems like the unit is made by Paradise innovations.
This is what clued me in first. (search the page for net@home). Paradise innovations site is out of commission, though.

The AiTV is powered by a 166 MHz Intel StrongARM RISC processor, has 4 meg FlashROM and 8 meg SDRAM, and a 56 Kbps modem. The AiTV uses the pSOSystem operating system and the PlanetWeb browser.
Interesting thing is it has a TV/Cable tuner built in, with video overlay/ video in window capability, much like a PC.
Too bad I already have DirecTV and Tivo.. probably would buy it otherwise..
