What are the internals on this? Is the IDE controller capable of handling a CD drive (no idea why it wouldn't)? Looks like there might not be space for one, but I'm sure I could figure something out...

Argh. Sorry for the double post. The spec sheet at
http://www.egghead.com/category/inv/00000202/03784689.htm
Shows the IDE controller can handle up to four devices, and there's one open PCI slot.
With all the basic stuff (sound/graphics/net) on the board, a serial and a parallel port, and USB ports it seems like a good computer (once a CD drive is installed somehow) for that price.
