Netpliance backed out of that deal. Flat-Panel.com didn't sell a single unit. Rather than run through the whole rambling (and sad) tale on their web site, they simply just stuck up a "sold out" sign on the page. If you call them, though, they'll likely give you the real story, depending upon who answers the phone.

ok the real story is
netpliance took earth computers p.o. and deposit check but never did have the units
to sell, the units are in a wharehouse in CA. and the company that has them in CA.
wants to get paid for them first, they had a deal with netpliance to get $10 or so
for every unit shipped and they want their money, so as of now there are no units to sell.
