NP just changed the ROOT password for those of you who dial into the service once you get the iopener. I had no problem up until I dialed into the service. Once I did that the root password no longer worked.
If you decide to dial in... (this has not been verified)
I suggest the hack to diable the root password by adding the /app/ztest/startup file. Once you do that make sure you chmod it to 777. After that rename it to something like x.
Once you dial in and find out how bad the service sucks. I thought that it would be decent for some one. WRONG. I've never seen such ####.
after you re-boot the machine and the i-opener screen goes away... tab-4 until the root window comes up..only lasts for about 3-8 seconds. during this time run ./app/ztest/x
and ./app/stop-apps. it should zap the password when the unit resets and the login prompt comes up.
