Hi guys, Yea I picked one up last year. I like it. Talk about portable ! I put in a dvd rom and a PIII 733 and it makes a nice little dvd player. They also have them here under a different name but is the same thing. Can also get it in black for a little more $. There is also one that uses a P4 and usb 2.o http://www.directron.com/ezgo.html

Stretch, how much space is there above the CPU socket? And do you know who the board's OEM is?

If there's enough space, something like the FCPGA to FCPGA2 adapter might be used to upgrade beyond the current limitations.

02U2:
saw this one in stock at the Charlotte, NC Office Depot several weeks ago. almost jumped on it for the spousal unit, but she got a new 2.0 GHz Celeron for Christmas, so . . . if you're lucky, you might be able to check one out at one of your local brick and mortar stores, before purchasing. i thought it was a fair value for the sub-$1000 price.
