Normally I check out companies I'm thinking of ordering a product from, in this case I did not. I found a website mentioned in a thread here somewhere (www.comp-recycle.com) where I found a few items I needed. I went ahead and ordered a 9.5mm laptop hard drive even though I found it odd that they only accept COD as payment. When the hard drive showed up it was toast and in rough condition at that. I'm not saying everything they sell is dead because I don't know. I do know they haven't responded to any of my emails regarding the drive. After a little digging around, I found http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1192.html So it's always a good idea to check a company out before ordering from them.
they have a phone number to call on their site....if they shipped by U.S.P.S and dont "honor" the waranty policy on their site
then let them know the postal inspectors will be knocking at the door. because they are in violation of u.s postal laws
