The people at Ben's Bargains, who buy a lot of stuff, without exception *hate* Tiger Direct. Accusations of poor service mostly, also shifty business practices. Alas I cant find a reference, so I'll leave it at this: caveat emptor.

I've done quite a bit of business with Tigerdirect in the past, and have had nothing but excellent service from them. One time I did receive a piece of defective hardware and they were incredibly accomodating in it's exchange. Just thought I'd chime in as a (very) satisfied long time customer.Fnooble!

My 2 cents worth is I've done business several times for some larger purchases and have been happy every time. Never had a problem with them. I've read of problems but not alot and several were friend of a friend type things. Most were complaints of being slammed into a LD service because they didn't click a box saying No when they ordered from TD.
Oh yeah and back on topic LOL They've always had the Yahoo store thing happening since I've been doing business with them.
