If anyone is looking for a good deal, Bestbuy have a Netgear wireless router for 19.00 after rebates, Initial cost is 49.00 with 30.00 rebate, this is the cheapest router I have seen so far, this might not be right place to post, but I figured would help some of you guys

too bad it expired yesterday but we're better off using linksys accesspoint router it has more configurable features via web meaning i can lock out all other mac addresss and permit only my 2 wireless mac address which gives me better security mine plugs in to my cable/dsl router box and it's wap11
stay away from netgear ma401 pc card it is very weak one mine has brand new card and it had trouble picking up off my accesspoint , i took it back and ordered an orinoco silver pc card and wow! pretty strong one that i can do mirc chat on my t200 pen tablet up to 300 feet!!!! with stock built in antenna
i did rip open the netgear ma401 and looked at it those anntena were poorly designed look like a ram head pattern?

Thanks for the tip, I cleaned out the local store this weekend!! Work great for my purposes. (neighborhood I-net) Have detachable antenna which is also a huge bonus! Ah, if only the cable company knew what Im up to :)
