I know that this is totally off topic, BUT....
Science says that Global Warming is real, and serious. We need to do something about it, immediately.
Scientifically, there is no controversy. Politically there is a contoversy, and that is only in the United States, and only if you watch nothing bit the Fox News Channel.
Many of the same people who contradict global warming also contradict the theory of evolution. The theory of evolution is the foundation of all modern natural science (while it is only a theory, not a fact... although I doubt that any creationist has any idea what that means scientifically).
I say that it is just like denying the holocaust. Yes, I know that is tough talk! But I say that that is what it is. On one hand, here are the facts. On the other hand, here are bunch of idiots contradicting the facts. Yes, there are two sides to the issue: reality, and a bunch of idiots. And those idiots are making it a lot harder to solve the problem.
Twits who run their mouths and contradict the facts today (March 13th, 2008) are partly to blame for the misery that global warming will cause.
