On March 26, 2007, USDigital, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Jeoffrey L. Burtch was appointed as interim trustee (the "Trustee") for the Chapter 7 estate.
According to information provided to the Trustee by the Debtor and other third party sources, the Debtor was in the business of satellite broadband communications, and provided television signals to end users in Utah, Dallas, Texas, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Nevada, and other geographical locations. The Debtor no longer operates a business, and the Trustee is not operating any business.
There are assets of the Debtor, which the Trustee desires to liquidate to cash. The assets include but are not limited to:
(1) Approximately 6,600 Hisense DB-2010 Digital Receivers (Set top boxes) located in Draper, Utah. Time is of the essence with respect to this asset. These set top boxes are designed to deliver over-the-air digital television signals to either an HDTV-ready TV or standard analog television set and are designed to be fully ATSC compliant. According to the Debtor, the set top boxes receives 8VSB digital signals; AC3 digital surround sound, and require a VHF/UHF antenna.
(2) A non-exclusive license with no sublicensing rights for any software loaded on these Set-top boxes, including but not limited to source code loaded on such boxes.

There is no current bid deadline for these assets. The Trustee has made no decision as to whether the above assets will be sold independent of each other or bundled
