I'm using the Foxz2 driver and I get "blue" pictures when I download them. I heard that I may need to use flatfoto drivers, but when Windows xp asks for the driver, I point it to the flatfoto folder and it doesn't accept it as a compatable driver. I'm not sure if I need to add some lines to the inf for flatfoto or not.
I edited the firmware so it is permanently "unlocked" and also modified (added the lines to) the Foxz2 drivers.
What files are in your flatfoto folder? Did you run setup? Do you have full version or just the nonworking version posted online by Radioshack? Somewhere in one or more threads there is a phone number where you can order the flatfoto drivers for $2.49. If you think we have too many threads to look through then why did you create another?
brite_eye,
If I do a search for flatfoto, nothing comes up...so, no, I don't think there are to many threads. All I have is the radio shack version...and of course I ran the setup.
billw,
Thanks for the info on the tpe of driver. I'll do a search for the 2MP verison.
Great, now I can't get the thing out of boot loader mode. I've rebooted 20 times, unpluged 100 times, reloaded the firmware, reloaded the drivers. Nothing works at all now. Except I can get the raw files out of the PV2tool...but that's about it.
