This is worth a try if you cannot find the right hex modifications you need to unlock your particular version of the firmware. In addition, it saves time and effort for hacking a compatible firmware version.
In addition, the zip file includes the official FlatFoto 2 Megapixle drivers CD (stripped of any bundled programs). It took me a hell of a lot of work to get the FlatFoto 2MP drivers on a CD. I didn't want to have to wait for a week and a half while it ships. I don't appreciate the fact that RadioShack only offers watered-down drivers on their website. Be sure to check the readme file in the zip.
