If you open smaluslx.inf you will notice the following message "(c) Copyright 2004 SMaL Camera Technologies".

You're comparing apples to oranges. Free speech allows an individual to document their experiences and share those
experiences with others. Firmware is a whole different animal. It's copyrighted software that programmers have spent
countless hours and money to develop.

You already have documentation in your possession. As aforementioned, open smaluslx.inf in notepad and read the copyright
statement. If you insist on distributing the driver, contact SMal Camera Technologies and ask them for explicit permission
to do so.
