Can't unlock CVS RED Firmware version diffrence (modified 0 times) jjw123 Profile Was able to unlock the first RED CVS camera I got with Tom Vicker's instructions. Worked great... Thanks Tom!!! Bought 2 more and noticed a slight version diffrence in the firmware.... Still version 6520,,,, but the last two entries of the list are diffrent.... My first camera version..... INFO FIRMWARE 6520 HARDWARE 06 TYPEID 2B CMP TYPEID 2B ID LAMSSMAL0000 REALM ID 00 My new 2 camera's versions: (look at the last 2 entries) INFO FIRMWARE 6520 HARDWARE 06 TYPEID 2B CMP TYPEID 2B ID DB4044635743 REALM ID 20 Can't unlock the camera????? I finally got past the hardware/cable issues (damn -data cable was connected to wrong pin) but now Pv2Tool 203, and 206, will not unlock it. If anybody could point us in the direction of this script (all google/forum results just tell you to use disable-80 script, not where to get it), it'd help us immensely. 05-26-2005 18:51:42
