Who needs a Dakota Single Use Digital Camera?

I noticed in another thread that there were quite a few people who wanted a Ritz/Dakota camera but couldn't locate one near them.

I go past a Ritz store on a weekly basis and I'd be reasonably glad to help out. Rounding up, the camera is $12 with tax and postage is $4, so to cover packing tape and time in line at the P.O. let's say . . . $20. I'll take checks, cash, gold bullion or PayPal.

Hello Virtualas

I thought your whole post was pure BS, until I saw your request showing up in all the other threads as well. After checking your e-mail address and discovering it actually appears to be from Lithuania http://www.one.lt I got a little curious. What is your native language there?

With regards to your request to "bring" a camera to Lithuania, that actually sounds fun, a bit impracticle, but fun. So no I would not "bring" one to Lithuania, but I would "send" one if I had one to send, but I do not have one to send. Actually I do not have one at all, but maybe ScoutGuy will contact you and arrange something.

As far as being sure that this is not BS, well lets see; international shipping, no tracking options available, no practical insurance options available and customs issues to deal with before it even gets to your postal system, I do not believe that such insurance is possible. However, with all that said and knowing the general character of those that seen to frequent this forum, I would give you a 95% probability that if you sent $25 to $30 to ScoutGuy you would end up with a camera in your mailbox a few weeks later. Now the reason I said $25 to $30 is because I doubt that ScoutGuy had international shipping in mind when he made his offer, we tend to forget that there is a whole world outside our borders. So my advice is get yourself a PayPal account if you do not already have one and lets see if ScoutGuy will play, I suspect you will get your camera.
