New Messagetype ID probs with cvs 6550 (modified 0 times) Paulg5678
Profile
Hello, i am new to the world of camera hacking and while trying to get into my cvs red 6550 camera I have tried several different methods posted on this site. I have tried the "probe shorting" method of pins 6 & 7 with no luck, in PV2Tool it still gives a typeid of 27. I also tried the "battery drop" method, after which the "nerve pinch" on the camera now shows a typeID of 2B, but when i connect to it with PV2Tool, it still reports typeID 27. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here and how i can get around it? Thanks.
