What would be the advantages/disadvantages to flashing the Mobo BIOS the manufacturer's version. (ACorp. on my 633) The only thing I think I'd loose is the "Booting from disk..." on the lcd. Are there any other differences I should be aware of? Also is it possible to make a backup of the original first? Thanks,

Well, I think I've come across a reason to at least make a back-up (which I didn't...) =(

I'm trying to restore mine to its original function and the GallantWeb Recovery Program doesn't see the unit and therefore, can't restore.

So, does anyone have a backup of their original BIOS? I've got the Sahara3810 based version.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
