lin-lin slocket adapter settings
How did you configure YOUR lin-lin slocket adapter?

Guys,
I was recently given an old HP pavilion system with a 667MHz celeron II CPU. I quickly dropped a spare 850 MHz PIII in that system, and wanted to reuse the celeron in the dot.station.

The trick is, the machine is very unstable with my present settings. I found a website that claims to show what the jumpers mean, and I set up the slocket for 66MHz and 1.65V: A2-A3, A5-A6, A8-A9 for the voltage, and B5-B6, B8-B9 for the multiplier.

The box, however, shows A1-A2, A4-A5, A7-A8, B1-B2, B4-B5, and B7-B8, which also works. I'm running the dot.station with this setting for the moment, but the jumper settings don't have any counterparts in the table I found.

Has anyone else used a Celeron II (coppermine) in a dot.station, and if so, how did you setup your slocket?

Thanks,
-radarman
