In upgrading my Tiger.Dot I noticed that when you go into BIOS setup (F2) you cant seem to change the Processor speed or Bus speed. In reading Intel materials,I learned that you use to be able to do this on there older MoBos,but with this legacy reduced MoBo,D810EMO board, they let the board auto detect this.Intel states that The processor speed option previously available in configeration mode is not displayed with newer Intel processors and will not affect the processor speed.Newer Intel processors boot with ratio preset, and are tested during manufacture.I tried to correct this by first going into BIOS setup F2,and on the main board these areas cant be changed. Also when you use the jumpers in configure, all it adds is a maintenance section with some other settings but no Processor and bus settings. There listed on the main board, but cant be changed. They may not even look correct. But I think they are.The memory is correct, but you have to use the correct memory with the SPD Serial Presence Detect, for the BIOS to be able to read and display this correctly.
