This thread only will be for those wishing to sell parts, or machines.

To start it out.

I have a whole dot.bob2 that I'm parting out. The monitor controller board went up in smoke, literally! and maybe someone might be interested in parts. Just trying to re-coop a little of the wasted cash. Not sure how many people read the other forsale areas.

Parts:
- Left and Right exterior shell (with smart card reader, not phone handset)
- Front exterior Bezel (a replacement for someone who might want to cut one to add a CD?)
- base motherboard case
- motherboard (This MB DOES have the bios flashed. I have booted into Win XP with it!)
- processor (Intel Celeron processor 300A, socket 370)
- any other internal boards, wiring harnesses, cables, 90 PCI bracket, modem, plastic shell w/o the monitor?, etc...
- almost forgot, the keyboard!

Price - Email me an offer. You pay actual shipping.

I might be interested in the metal base chassis. I attempted to cut extra holes for the cooling fan on my 850MHz PIII, and while the holes are there, it isn't pretty. This steel is thick enough that it is tough as hell to cut, but then I suppose it is holding the weight of a monitor...

Just out of curiosity, does the power supply still work, or did it go with the monitor? They appear to be tightly linked, given the harness that goes between them, but if it does work - I'd be interested in buying it from you.

My email is jshamlet*hotmail_com.

The base is gone, and the PS I think was the cause of the death of that dot. I'm just down to key components. MB / Processor / Some cables I think / The outer shell.

I have about 10 dots here. 1 is currently unlocked. I'm going to work on getting the rest up to speed. If anyone is interested in one (locked or unlocked), drop me a line.
