Has anybody tried it w/ 512Mb of PC100?? I'm running XP w/ 256 right now, but I think it can always use 512 if it is possible. :)

Back in the day I remember reading on a spanish site that 512 was possible. Please post back if you find out anything.

I wish I have a stick of 512 to try...but I don't. :( and BestBuy is too far away for a Buy and Return. :)

Hello,

any news in this thread?
Has somebody succeeded using a 512 MB Module?
I read the whitepapers of the i810 chipset, possibly it has a cachable range of 512MB (not sure if they mean the 810 or the 810E revision...)

I am running my dot-station with a 256MB PC133 CL2 Infineon Module now (although in PC100 mode...) with any problems. But a full blown Debian Linux eats up this memory fast.

It would be good to hear a success story, before I am going to shell out my money for
a 512 MB module
