I talked "Dumb" to a Mivo support chat person and I got to where I needed. Here Is the steps..

Hold Function + D and poke the reset hold on the back of the station and wait for a little bit.

Then Go to Restore Default Email Account

When It Says Are You Sure Click YES

Right after you click yes unplug the power from the Mivo and it will go off.

Turn It on and wait it will say a new user profile needs to be made.

Click OK ! And Enter in the information needed.....

THANKS

I AM HAPPY

When you do as you said, do you notice the "XTND: " is set to "OFF"?

When "thespicychicken" replied to the following post on 3/28/4:

RE:Is MailStation 150 Hackable?

I tried his approach (more or less the same as your approach) on my MS-150 and unplug the power does not work. I actually removed the batteries (instead of using the power adaptor that came with the unit). However, on my MS-350 unit, I noticed the XTND gets set from ON to OFF when performing Fnct+D key. Right now, my MS-350 seemed to have lost its user setup even though I have tried to restore the unit to factory setting.
